[UAT] PCA Template: No Long form of the country name

Long form country name is not available for PCA generation (example: currently PCA will show Pakistan instead of Islamic Republic of Pakistan). The long form name is not available in VISION either.

The Long form country names to be supplied.

one of my hobbies is maintaining a comprehensive, up-to-date dataset of codes used to identify countries, as many of the official standards are not freely available in a machine-readable format: https://github.com/datasets/country-codes/

i opened an issue and will add official long names we could periodically fetch this dataset and use to lookup long names

the source should indeed be the DGACM Protocol Office. The latest version of the list is here: https://protocol.un.org/dgacm/pls/site.nsf/files/Country%20Names%20UNTERM3/$FILE/UNTERM%20-%20EFSRCA.pdf

For now we just need English. Is there anything else we need to do?

Technical solution was agreed - this can now go into prioritization

Marcin will talk with Angela about updating the names in Vision . APIs and eTools serializers will be updated basis step 1 to pick current country name
