This issue should be split into all the different items in the doc.

No of Action Points

Count of all Action Points available from the TRIPS Module. 
The number is a hyperlink that will take the user to the list of Action Points. The list will be filtered by all of the trip types = Programmatic Visit or Spot Check, where the Partner was on the itinerary.

This implies development of a new filter on Trips module (FE + BE) -> action points screen. given that we're moving to a separate action point module.. please let us know the priority.

rough estimation for this is 3 Pts FE, 5 Pts FE...

Alerts: Overall proposing that these complex queries are executed once daily and stored rather than on-demand. rough estimation 5Pts on BE, 2Pts on FE

As per discussion with Marcin.. Action points development will be pushed after Action Points module will be delivered.
