sustainability: Rewrite approaches page (closes #37) #62

This commit is a total rewrite and expansion of the "Business sustainability for Open Source" page, now titled as "Open-first business approaches". It rewrites the existing training section, and adds six new sections for the other business approaches I discuss in the Open Source 101 webinar delivered to UNICEF Innovation Fund start-up companies when they are on-boarded with UNICEF.
