(fix) matched wireframes more closely (feat) added language dropdown … #15

Applied fixes to more closely match wireframes (matched up font size, font family, font weights, alignments). And tidied up layout for tablet and desktop. Added language drop down menus. This is the more enhanced version of the last version.
