Firebase deploy #97

Automatic build and deploy of develop branch, and pull request branches using Github Actions + Firebase hosting.

This is currently setup to deploy to https://unicef-iogt-pwa.web.app/ As I don't have access to unicef-iogt-pwa-v2

Hi Michael. Thank you for setting up. As backup, I just gave Isabel, Udayveer, and yourself unicef-iogt-pwa-v2 access/ privileges. If anyone else needs permissions, feel free to contact me with the best email to use. Edit: Since this automatic build is already set up on the original (https://unicef-iogt-pwa.web.app/), that works too. I see the new changes there! There should more incoming changes over the next couple of days.
