Ensure all translatable site strings are listed on translation table #1516

Currently there are three files which we have found which have data related to translation in the repo:

https://github.com/unicef/iogt/blob/develop/common/translation_utils/translation_status.csv https://github.com/unicef/iogt/blob/develop/home/translatable_strings.py https://github.com/unicef/iogt/blob/develop/common/translation_utils/translations.csv

translations.csv seems to mirror the Google Sheet of translated strings that the team maintains.

As an ADMIN I would like to be able to see all translatable strings in a single table so that I can share it to my translator. To do this, the table needs to have all translatable strings currently in use on the platform listed. The table can also have unused strings, but they should be marked as unused. It would be good if this table of translatable strings can be made automatically so every string is sure to be captured.

According to the existing translation process and readme

Thanks Sher. So translatable_strings.py is the source of truth for what strings are needed on the platform for the current build? Is it automatically updated?

As per discussion, We will be working towards making translations.csv the source of truth meaning it should have all of the strings and their translations in different locales. Currently, translations.csv don't get updated automatically with new strings introduced in the codebase during the translation workflow for example "Comment Moderation" is in translation_status.csv and not in translations.csv among others. In the future, only translations.csv will be given to country officers and they can fill in their columns with translated strings.
