Paging through Images not working in popup dialogue #1583

When editing a Flat Menu: https://kindweb.org/admin/wagtailmenus/flatmenu/edit/4/

I click on Image Icon: Choose an image

I click on the Next button in the dialogue to continue to the next page of images

But nothing happens.

@cbunicef This issue will be resolved after upgrading the version of Wagtail.

@istride I received a report today from a user that this is still an issue, including when authoring Articles

This issue is being caused by our customisation to show file size warnings in the admin UI. The image chooser dialog changed in Wagtail v2.15, but the customisation was not updated leading to broken functionality.

I will remove the file size warning to restore functionality. If the warnings are important enough, then I can think of a way to replace them later.
