PATCH: updated dependency version for axios #105

This PR updates the version for axios. The package was bubbled up to be a root dependency in the client folder so that it takes precedence over the unrecommended one that Nuxt was using according to Dependabot.

This is the initial PR for this before the final decision is made to archive the client folder
