script to update the entry instead of duplicate #143

This patch fixes the issue on the Kindly-website repo where there are duplicated entries on the google sheet when contributing Kindly. https://github.com/unicef/kindly-website/issues/37

This has been deployed on the Google Script and on the main Kindly site. This PR is to document the changes made
