Get specific ML infrastructure needed training in development mode

With the help of @nathanbaleeta this issue would be to:

• test out Google ML on Google cloud with retraining of models. (Sign up to GCloud)
• get specs of adequate infrastructure used
• report back on how well it worked and how much credit would be needed
