renamed main.yml to docker.yml as that's where the publishing to docker happens.
renamed ci.yml to main.yml since this is the main file for checking compliance (linter + unit tests)
reorganized main.yml where we don't need a separate stage to run the linter, we can run it in the same stage as the unit tests to reuse the build, and later realize that for completeness, I want to run the unit tests on both Python versions (in order to guarantee that the code is compatible with both versions), and decided to run the linter on both as well, but admit that this last item is redundant because the linter should be Python-version independent (but the linter runs quite fast, so I think it's just fine)
