@rachita19082 The live form looks great. The following is my feedback:

  1. General: For the "X RESOURCES", is the Title the same font size as the text above? How about the Text (e.g. "For additional resources about SDG please find in the link below"?
  2. Q1: For the "SDG RESOURCES" section, please use the updated copy here.
  3. Q1: For the "OPEN LICENSE RESOURCES" section, please use the updated copy [here] (https://app.zenhub.com/files/308700920/1126ec45-deba-45d4-aaac-95c91d2a3832/download).
  4. Q2: The copy for the first question has a (Source) with a hyperlink. Please include that on the live form for now.
  5. Multiple Qs: Please remove/hide the "X RESOURCES" section for now if we don't have any content for it
  6. Q4: The copy for the first question has a (Source) with a hyperlink. Please include that on the live form for now.
  7. Summary Page: Please use the revised copy [here] (https://app.zenhub.com/files/308700920/1126ec45-deba-45d4-aaac-95c91d2a3832/download).

@rachita19082 Additional feedback on mobile breakpoint:

Screenshot 1

  1. Back and Next aren't aligned and the spacing/padding between them is too much. Could we clean up the formatting on this, please? In fact, I wonder if there is a way to make "Next" be on the top and "Back" to be below.
  2. Similarly could "Yes" and "No" be a little more left-aligned to be right under the question?
  3. In Q4, the copy is cut off. Can we add a space after the "/"

Screenshot 2

  1. The title and subtitle aren't center-aligned on the summary page. Can we please fix this? Same with the buttons.

@rachita19082: 2 more comments:

  1. Let's have any URLs "Open in a New Tab". The reason being - if I want to click on a resource to see if my response will be a Y/N and I click and it's on the same tab, I'll read the info but when I click back to go back to the form, my responses are lost and I'm back on Q1 - not a great user experience.
  2. For the summary page though, the button URLs could "Open in the Same Tab". Thoughts?
