Interviews/Planning Sessions to do some more thinking through of scope, range, activities under each area of work:

[ ] Area 1: Governance (un-funded)
[ ] Area 2 and 8: Secretariat co-hosting + Provide leadership in the UN system on operationalizing roadmap recommendation
[x] Area 3 and 9: Grow diverse pipeline of high potential DPGs (co-funded area aligning ongoing OOI activities and results) + Strengthen country-level ecosystems for development of DPGs (co-funded area with Venture Fund)
[x] Area 4: Improve discoverability and accessibility through the DPG platform
[x] Area 5: Develop DPGs and a platform for a “safer, more equitable digital world”
[x] Area 6: Scale minimum basket of DPGs through government collaboration
[x] Area 7: Diversify and increase resources and sustainability of DPGs

Area 1: No discussion needed, just a mention etc (unicef is a member on the board, committed, added value we bring to that group - generic (long-standing record in ID, scaling OS, lead for practical approaches within UN, partnerships, private-sector), in our role as board member we ensure we bring in capacity + expertise from across org, mention the Hubs (newly established), etc. - we are in this for the long-term, we're committed to finding a sustainable, long-term structure that serves the alliance

Area 2:

We would continue to co-host sec and support it in fulfilling main functions (Main responsibilities of Secretariat: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1dzdUuyzIaa6ydI9PI__o_p1U5k7CAR5NzsPewvMpIrg/edit?usp=sharing)
Add a placeholder for the tech support for platform (- Make a note for Sunita can mention some technical things)
Link to private financing (Area 7) and UN engagement (Area 8)
