Find open-source solutions that can recognize speech and confirm if children are reading as they should.

Good idea to consider. Opportunity for us to document / outline the general case (we are exploring what is possible out there and found smthg that doesn't exist and looks possible, can add value)

Next steps: 1) Concept Note that explains tech, use case, value, target audience, resources/internal teams (e.g. unicef intl learning division)

Speak to someone within UNICEF Education (likely at a country-level), get their feedback (How would they approach it? Would this be of interest?)
