Sometimes country admin users are faced with this issue, and sometimes, not. It appeared on 8 Feb when two country admin users were not able to approve users in Bangladesh. Sankalita Shome - sankalita.shome@gmail.com Mohita Joshi - mjoshi@unfpa.org

Joan Mneney - Super Admin approved the users.

i kept wanting to go through this in meeting; in case we do not finally leaving a comment.

Even using the exact same Country Admin users, or new ones, in repeated tests these past two weeks all the steps work for me:

  1. Dashboard (bn.erefer.org/en/dashboard) shows 1 User Registration under pending approvals
  2. Review Now link goes to New User Registrations (bn.erefer.org/en/registered-users), showing the new user
  3. Review link at left of user loads the user info (bn.erefer.org/en/user/1316) with "Reject" at top left and "Accept" at top right
  4. Accept link inside the button works (though the surrounding parts of the button itself are not clickable)
  5. It does not provide any feedback and leaves one on the now-blank New User Registrations (bn.erefer.org/en/registered-users) page
  6. The user does appear in the managed user list as expected, but this is alphabetical so you may have to go through a bunch of pages.

We can keep watching this issue, hoping that the fix sorts out the issue.

The error appeared today. As seen in the video below, the country admin could not approve users. https://www.loom.com/share/9e15bcd15abe4c0d993f32cf70d25c0b

When I logged in, I also couldn't approve users and had to use the admin Drupal interface to change the status from blocked to active.

@codingsasi and @KPQED42, I think we might need to plan for the overall site review so we understand these issues that keep coming up and disappearing as they will affect app usage.

@joanmneney Yes, definitely on our list of assessing the time it will take to do the site audit (Technical review + QA Review). We will keep you posted on its progress and try to prioritize the estimate for this task, so that the sooner we can start the better.
