Add a timeline filter to the left under the side menu
Default the map to only display data for the current month
Display data on the map based on the time period selected by the user
Acceptance Criteria
Given that I am a NECOC DMS user When I Navigate to the dashboard Then a 'Map Options' section will be displayed below the side menu and a time filter will be displayed within the 'Map Options' section
Given that I am a NECOC DMS user When I Navigate to the dashboard Then the map will only be displaying disaster data for the current month
Given that I am a NECOC DMS user When I select a particular time period using the time filter in the 'Map Options' section Then the map will only be display data from the selected time period
