Can't save after input validation throws an error #35

Steps to reproduce

Force a validation error by trying to save the form without valid data
Enter valid text in the required fields
Save

Expected Behavior The form should be saved and the record (User/Poll/Disaster) will be created

Current Behavior The record is not created
