Acceptance Criteria
Given that I am a NECOC DMS ADMIN When I navigate to the create user screen Then I will have the option to grant the user web access or not
Given that I am a NECOC DMS ADMIN When I Select 'Yes' on the 'Grant Web Access ' option while creating a user Then A username field will be displayed and I will be able to add a unique username to the user's profile
Given that I am a NECOC DMS ADMIN When I Select 'No' on the 'Grant Web Access ' option while creating a user Then If the username field will be hidden and I will not be able to create a user name for the user
Given that I am a NECOC DMS ADMIN When I am creating a user and I assign a valid unique username Then The details of the new user will be saved and an sms and email will be sent to the user giving them their username as well as a randomly generated password
Given that I am a NECOC DMS ADMIN When I Create a username for a new user and the length of the username is less than 8 characters Then a validation error will be thrown indicating that the username must be more than 8 characters
