Curle 2D #68

Hi! I've seen that from 1806 to 1906 the Curle 2D implementation has been dropped. Is there any particular reason?

It was an experimental implementation and we decided to remove this because there are a inaccuracies related to using 2D Green's functions for Lighthill's acoustic analogy and 2D LES.
