Summary page: add option to select subsets of data, e.g., particular ICU release, particular type of test, particular platform #332

Selecting only a particular version of ICU/CLDR may be useful for easier understanding of the results.

This could be done by adding an option to the summary page, then generating an HTML version with only that type of data.
