[SURVEY] September 2024 F2F

In the 2024-07-22 call we discussed the possibility of having a face-to-face (F2F) meeting in September. Such a meeting would be in the preparation phase for the LDML46 release. This issue is to survey for participation and format preferences (as I was actioned to do). The proposal is to hold an F2F in approximate conjunction with W3C's annual TPAC meeting, which is from 23-27 September in Anaheim, CA, USA. This would be similar to the F2F held last year in Seville, Spain.

Please reply to this survey using a comment below, modeling your response on mine. Please note that this is not a commitment to travel at this point in time: we understand that approvals and budgets may need to be arranged. We're gauging the right format here.

The options for a F2F are:

A. I would NOT like us to have a F2F meeting in September 2024.
B. I would prefer a virtual F2F meeting that does NOT coincide with W3C TPAC
C. I would prefer to participate remotely in a F2F meeting that coincides with W3C TPAC (any of D/E/F)
D. I would prefer an in-person F2F meeting that is in the weekend just prior to W3C TPAC
E. I would prefer an in-person F2F meeting that is on the weekend just following W3C TPAC
F. I would prefer an in-person F2F meeting that is during W3C TPAC
G. Something else: (say what)
