Update UcdProperty & Jsps with missing properties

Some properties (or property values) are missing from UcdProperty & Jsps or are not quite right

1. Standardized_Variant is missing the emoji-variation-sequences.txt and the Ideographic Variation Database
2. (issue #335) Emoji_Keycap_Sequence is showing up under Z-Other on https://util.unicode.org/UnicodeJsps/properties.jsp
3. Basic_Emoji is not being parsed right. It should have #Total elements: 1386, but in the Jsps it only has 1,179 Code Points. This might be a problem in UcdProperty data or might be a problem in ICU.
