Address confusable AIs for 16.0 #841

Note: There are some older submissions from David Corbett that look good. I didn't want to combined into this PR, because it is easier to manage smaller chunks.

FYI it looks like this addresses two action items so far. I added those two to the PR description and set them to "In progress" in the UTC AI spreadsheet.
