scripts should either have more than one character with InSC=Vowel_Independent, or should have none, with the vowel-carrier being classified as InSC=Consonant.

FYI: Labels are useful, but for "invariant" we should look at the area field in the Unicode Tools dashboard. I just added your latest two issues there and set the area.
