Upload data from other countries #1

So far, there are excel files, that I am aware of, from:

Shall we make a folder like, Data as IS, and per country upload the excel files?

I also haven't seen Norwegian Excel or the US data. We are planning to see if we can use their FHIR API for additional data.

Also, I've heard there is an updated table for Greece. If you see it, please upload.

Estonia should not have proper Excel files. There was some trial Excel which was useless, and I propose disregarding it. There is a small amount of data under UFIS, but we are working on automatic transformation tool in this issue.

I'm trying to keep all the information in the wiki pages.
