Article on 'What is SVG?' #2

@alexwolfe back in the saddle baby!!! I'm going to be blogging about SVG as I create my Udemy, YouTube, etc. Definitely a helpful platform to have as I work some of this stuff out...and it'll be a great way to continue to add content to our blog!

@alexwolfe I got an itch and decided to get the card view initial stuff going tonight. I'd say let's get this baby in and refine later if possible. EDIT: Made it responsive and consistent with header:

decided we needed some article topic meta "Topics" on bottom right:

@alexwolfe gonna go ahead an merge this ... we can always revert if we don't like ... esp since we're still in "dark launch phase" :tongue: ...later maybe we can make the topics linkable like tags or something, but I think this at least gets our card view plausible for those that view it :)
