-mUpdated harp js et al since node-sass completely borks against node v1... #9

...2 latest without latet and harpjs was pulling in its own version

@alexwolfe took forever for me to figure this one out ... but this is required with latest node js v12 since harpjs (old version) we had was pulling in its own incompatible node-sass...anyway this fixes and tested locally.
