What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run iPhoneBrowser
2. Drag a file with Chinese file name
3. Drop it in iPhoneBrowser (any folder)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The file name became unknown characters in iPhone and in iPhoneBrowser.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iPhone 3G v2.1 on Windows XP sp3.

Please provide any additional information below.

I can confirm that same happens with cyrillic (russian) symbols. It doesn't
crash
any apps that work with these files though

It may improve, if itouchBrowser is used. It is the derivative of
iphonebrowser.

There is a very easy solution for this.

NOTE: You must complete ALL steps, or this will not work.

1. Connect your iphone or iPod Touch to your computer.
2. Open iPhoneBrowser
3. Open the folder that contains the file you wish to copy to your iPhone or
iPod Touch
4. If you have not already learned English, do so now.
5. Change the filename from Chinese language to English
6. Copy the file into iPhoneBrowser
7. Stop trying to use Chinese in a program written in English

If you follow all these steps exactly, this will work 100%! It is fully tested
and is
guaranteed to work 100%.
