error on start-up

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Starting the program
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
An application that works is the expected output.  A windows error is what 
occurs.  See attached.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
both 1.52 and the latest beta (1.81)

Please provide any additional information below.
This is a brand new fresh Windows XP install.

Have you installed and used iTunes before attempting to run iPhoneBrowser?

Please try v1.90 with iTunes 8.2.
