Whole project is already successfully developing with fast paces. Through period of last year they clearly follow roadmap. Many great partnerships achieved with names like Binance\Atari\Kyber\Smurfs\Axie.infinity\Metamask etc...
The company strongly focused on their product: Games-oriented metaverse.
So, within 10 days they will start last pre-sale series of their virtual Lands.
Absolutely all previous rounds of presale was successfully closed within a days period. Presale gives a buyer ability to get the land with discount.
The peculiarity of this round is that you be able to buy land ONLY for their native metaverse cryptocurrency : $SAND token.
Their token was released at 20th numbers of august 2020.
Current circulated tokens MCAP is 21.5mln$
Fully diluted MCAP is around 107mln$

So, I suppose there is a good probability of increased demand on $SAND within pre-sale period. I dont believe in huge price jump though.. but 10-20% pretty easy imho.

This is pure speculative story.. which is based on assumption of positive price movement because of local event. This assuption can be wrong in fact :)
Current token holders distribution is looks scary to me, yes :) But the fact of ATL current price value gives me a little optimism here :). From my POV price below 0.045$ seems pretty safe as target in this speculation.
Whole crypto market now walking in "thin ice", especially ALT-coin's .. so for me its 50\50 probability of big leap in both directions from this point in any of near days\weeks... and this leap can be against our position of course.
Execution
Depends on the investment liquidity volume we break it into two parts or use one order .
If investments will be 2k$, I recommend to break it into two orders each by 1k$ size.
first one: immediately buy on uniswap.
second one: buy if price drops under 7% from first order and presale isnt started yet.
Closing
Case 1: Target
When our position achieve 20+% profit we close it immediately.
Case 2: investment duration limit.
If 33st day passed from position opening - close position.
Case 3: Circumstances.
Any MRR tokens holder member can initiate voting for closing position at any time.
Case 4: stop loss.
Personally I vote against of using stop loss here.
So in worst case scenario - we waiting strategy duration time and close position as-is at the end.
