Dummy component test run calculator #95

Calculating what the correct transfers and outputs of the model should be when adding dummy components to the testing suite, a necessary part of adding the capability of modelling new components to UNIFHY, is an arduous and manual task, and will only get more so as UNIFHY grows in size.

Therefore I want to develop a set of scripts that any future developers can trust to calculate these transfers and outputs correctly, once they add their dummy components and associated transfers and outputs to the framework.

Scripts added. Now this should be documented in the developer documentation (#96), as and when I get around to doing that...
