Order if Elements in glif file #56

What defines the order of the elements? We can agree to put <advance> and <unicode> at the top. But how to sort <guideline>, <anchor>, <image> and <outline>?

I think there is very little point discussing this now, since thousands of UFOs have been normalized using the given scheme. Fundamental changes like this will automatically make them un-normalized.

I didn’t ask to change anything but wanted to know how they should be ordered to be consistent.
