Solution

It could be worthwhile to check comments for certain patterns. Or for example, when a team member comments, check for a previous bb comment, such as for https://github.com/unifiedjs/beep-boop-beta/issues/4

The downside is that there can potentially be tons and tons of comments.

What other things could running on comments be used for?
