Remote for VSCode #120

Feature request:

press command+J to toggle terminal panel
press ctrl+` to open the terminal
goto definition f12
expand selection shift+ctrl+cmd+→
switch to Chrome
switch back to VSCode
run tasks in the current workspace
run npm scripts in the current workspace
delete and fn+delete
