Inaccurate Line Numbers #9

In some error messages, the line numbers given do not quite match up with what they should read. We need to find the cause of these instances and address them.

Since language reimplementation, this bug no longer exists. Any issues with line numbers would be distinct from the error that caused this issue and should be filed in a separate bug.
