1. detection for HTC Flyer, 2. updated asset definition, 3. deleted sass files #60

  1. Dear HTC, do not put false information into the user agent next time please.
  2. NavigationBar included unify/*, which is not good for applications that add all resources to appcache manifest and do not use all the fancy iphoneos icons. replaced it with specific definitions in Appearance.js
  3. deleted sass files as they are no longer used at all

Please no 3 different changes in on pull request :)

  1. Didn't the HTC Flyer have something like HTC or Flyer in the UA-String? Would be better than relying on an special WebKit-Version (that could change with every OS-Update).
  2. I will add this manually
  3. You're right, I will remove this too
