Added src/karthik/narcissisticNumbers/narcissisticNumbers.ts which contains solutions for checking if a number is narcissistic or not
Added src/karthik/narcissisticNumbers/index.ts which contains solutions for getting the Narcissistic numbers for the given range

The file src/karthik/narcissisticNumbers/index.ts contains 1 function - getNarcissticNumbersWithinRange
Added src/karthik/narcissisticNumbers/narcissisticNumbers.spec.ts for unit tests for the functions - checkIfNarcissticNumber and getNarcissticNumbersWithinRange
The file src/karthik/narcissisticNumbers/narcissistic.spec.ts contains 1 test suite and 13 test cases.
