Testing branch: Frozen part of the window for the selection of health facilities does not go until the bottom #281

Current Behavior

The frozen part of the window for the selection of health facilities does not go until the bottom of the list depending on the size of the computer screen (see attached screenshot) image

Expected Behavior

The frozen part of the window goes down to the bottom of the list

Possible Solution

It might be due to the space appear in pink between the bottom of the list and the lateral scroll bar (see attached picture)

Steps to Reproduce

Nothing specific

I can't reproduce this using firefox 70.0.1 nor chrome 78.0.3904.70 on mac os. Which OS and browser do you use ?
