Renaming a page/slug doesn't work properly #241

If you rename a page and change its slug, you end up with a broken page url.

I tried renaming a page called 'freestyle-library' to 'student-essentials.

Actually, when I left the site and went back again, preview now works, but not at the url I'd expect...

There shouldn't be any mention of 'freestyle-library' in the url as that page no longer exists.
