Fee information on programme pages

I would like postgraduate fee data to be pulled directly into our programme pages from a spreadsheet produced by Finance.

So that students can see the fee information without having to click off the page and so that our fee information is kept in sync with Finance's.

Update on this - finance are working on the data but it may not be ready for go-live. However, we would ideally like to add the fee info when its available.

This story needs some discussion around whether we need to show fees per award on the programme page.

Looking at the fees listed on the finance website: http://www.kent.ac.uk/finance-student/fees/tuition/index.html#postgraduate

Usually, the yearly fee is the same for each award eg whether you are doing the MA, MPhil or PhD, you pay the same per year. However, there are a few instances where the fee is different for each award (where we have both awards on the same programme page). These are:

• Analysis and Intervention in Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities - different fees for MSc and PDip.
• Applied Behavioural Analysis (IDA) - different fees from PCert, PDip and MSc
• Autism Studies - Pcert, PDip, MA
• Autism Studies (distance learning) - Pcert, PDip, MA
• Economics conversion - different fees for year 1 and year 2
• Intellectual and Development disabilities - MA, PCert, PDip,
• Intellectual and Development disabilities (distance learning) - MA, PCert, PDip,
• the three Social and Public Policy Pathways - different fees for PDip and MA.

Please can we discuss the best way to tackle this and in what format the fee data (eg the spreadsheet) will need to be for this to work.

Blocked for a number of reasons - 1) waiting for final list of programmes and pos's to send Fianance. 2) waiting for fees to be confirm and data given us 3) and the issue about how to deal with multi-award programmes with different fees above (to discuss with Mary).

This has been superseded by the finance calculator business case (P1314) which has been submitted to ITMG and will be reviewed for approval on 18th Oct.
