Add api to manage servers #72

This PR introduces API support for managing servers. It includes the following updates:

Added OpenAPI schema definitions for the new server management endpoints.
Implemented corresponding handlers to support these endpoints.
Register Server CRDs on SchemeBuilder (missed from last pr)

These changes enable users to interact with the server management functionality via the API.
