Add a few netinet headers (ip.h, ip_icmp.h, ..)

Hi,

I've tried building dnsmasq for Unikraft and found that it requires a few missing header files. These headers don't expose any extra functionality and instead contain structs for protocol definitions so I'd guess that there is no reason to not include them :)
