Built mosquitto as a static PIE ELF.
Wrote a short guide in README.
Run build.sh to generate the binary

Tested it locally with the mosquitto_sub tool and it worked. Tested it with the run_elfloader and it runs. Didn't test it with a subscriber. It probably needs some network configuration.
