Update GO static apps to GO 1.20.3 #92

The previous binaries have been built with GO 1.13. In this version of GO runtime.nanotime() crashes if no VDSO is available. This has been resolved with GO 1.16 (commit 3caaadd). Since Unikraft does not have a VDSO yet, we update the binaries.
