Add rich text option to "hover plugin" #118

Rich text for bullet points would be great for Unikube

The hover plugin seems to be working for Unikube, font style is right. The only thing I noticed is that the headline is not centered like in all the other plugins (except accordion). Also we don't have the option to insert a button anywhere. Is thar necessary @Truthans ? Other than that only the "rich text option" is missing @tobifroe
