Couldn't upgrade jon@unimail.co to an organization #2

It actually creates the organization but doesn't move the user into it right now.

Ah, this only applies to hyperadmins to allow hyperadmins to create organizations from the admin dash without automatically joining the organization... I might just leave it as it is.
