Fix width / height of editor #28

Should not be possible to push the editor past 600px wide; users should also be able to say how long they want the email to be (e.g., default to 1500 px) just so that there's enough room to work with instead of having to drag drawings down the screen. On running the template, the unused portion of the bottom of the page should be tared off and discarded.

Are you able to make the email wider than 598px?

Everyone recommends staying under 600px; we could let people override and give them a warning, i guess?

Oh I was planning on forcing it. I didn't know it was possible to do it in the app in its current iteration. If you can, it's a bug.

Oh, I guess it's not anymore; I had that in my notes from yesterday morning. You fixed it since then :)

Don't know what to tell you -- I could draw over the side two days ago, can't do it today no matter what I try.
