Improve button with icon #828

Buttons with icons either before or after the text are used in many sites, so it would be nice to have an official, clean, flexible implementation for them.

Ah yeah! Forgot about this one, sorry :D

But it doesn't support other button styles, and doesn't seem to be very flexible (note the vertical alignment):
