Mobile Safari should display components/sections with a fixed attached background the same as Chrome and other browsers
Actual behaviour
Mobile Safari is not handling fixed background image attachment well.
Results in pixellated/ultra-zoomed version of the bg image
Works when background-attachment: fixed; is turned off in Safari inspector.
