Co-branding logos issue with new UoM logo #907

Expected behaviour

Need option to not display UoM logo, as currently co-branded logos are displayed as single locked up logo.

Actual behaviour

New UoM logo is appearing on top of co-branded logo on home page and breadcrumbs.

Steps to reproduce

Investigate alternate ways of displaying approved co-branded logos as some the quality of SVG's used is not consistent and of good quality.
